Refund policy

If you are not satisfied that your Bunbathers swim cap performs better than a regular swim cap at keeping your hair dry, we will refund your money. 

We will also refund your money if your Bunbathers swim cap is somehow damaged or defective. 

This refund policy lasts 30 days from when you receive the item (as shown on NZ Post tracking). 

Email hello@bunbathers.com if you wish to return your cap for a refund. 

Shipping
To return your product, mail it product to: Bunbathers, 3/78 Orakei Road Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand. Unless your cap was damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, PayPal account, or  contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@bunbathers.com.
