If you are not satisfied that your Bunbathers swim cap performs better than a regular swim cap at keeping your hair dry, we will refund your money. 

We will also refund your money if your Bunbathers swim cap is somehow damaged or defective. 

This refund policy lasts 30 days from when you receive the item (as shown on NZ Post tracking). 

Email hello@bunbathers.com if you wish to return your cap for a refund. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day window by logging into your account and submitting a return or cancellation request.

Once you have submitted your request, you must return the items to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Shipping
To return your product, mail it product to: Bunbathers, 3/78 Orakei Road Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand. Unless your cap was damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, PayPal account, or  contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@bunbathers.com.
