Tie your hair in a bun or looped ponytail on the crown of your head.

Secure the cap's bun compartment over your bun. It fits best when the sap seam runs crossways, ear to ear (rather than down the centre of your head)

Using both hands, one on each side of the cap, pull the cap back down and over the rest of your hair.
